I, personally, met the Surgeon General C. Everett Koop and he told me that cigarette smoking is more addictive than drugs or alcohol. This is because people smoke frequently. This repetition, programs the mind for a deep seeded, nasty habit. We have helped thousands of people to stop smoking. It is more frequent than not, for these clients to stop at the first bar with someone they’ve met in group therapy, the day they are discharged from treatment. I, personally, do not believe in group therapy. Clients have their own set of problems, unique to themselves. During group therapy, all clients talk about their personal problems. He said, he had been going to AA for 10 years, but that he never lost the urge to drink. This was the first time in his life that he no longer considered himself an alcoholic. Let me explain to you how the mind works. Someone looks at a person and tells them, that they look sick. By the end of the day, this person will feel sick due to that negative statement. Suppose somebody tells you, you look great. Right away, you start to feel good. When you get this customized program, you will be programmed for happiness, success, assertiveness and prosperity. He calls upon the Holy Spirit to guide his words. To last 32 years, in the same office, is proof that the Holy Spirit is guiding Sam when he is helping people like you. I recommend to everyone, that when losing weight or coming off of drugs or alcohol, they should be medically supervised. Also, the doctor doing the supervising should have a strong belief in the power of the mind.
